Howe

Bridge owns a 20% share of Howe, a conventional producing oil field located in shallow water in the central North Sea, operated by Shell
Howe and Bardolino

01 — asset info

The Howe field lies within Block 22/12a, 13 km east of the Nelson platform.

The field was developed as a subsea tieback to the Nelson platform (via a 14km flowline).

First oil was achieved in October 2004. Oil is exported via Nelson to the Forties riser platform for onward transport via the Forties Pipeline System (FPS) to Cruden Bay. Gas is transported to a 'T'-piece in the Fulmar Gas Line for export to the Shell-operated terminal facilities at St Fergus.

The field is on natural decline with secondary gas cap expansion and minor aquifer drive.
