Galapagos Field

Bridge has submitted a Field Development Plan (FDP) to the OGA for the development of the Galapagos field in the Northern North Sea. Galapagos is at the heart of the Brent system of fields and is made up of a series of very large non-communicating compartments which means that the development will be done in phases allowing for rapid return on the initial investments.  The development will take place in two overall stages with stage 1 being developed through the provision of an FPSO with four sub-sea drilling centres. The Galapagos field development is currently being farmed down by Bridge as part of the financing process for the project.
